How can I purchase your products?

We are of course able to accept payment online or if you would prefer we can take orders on the phone to do so  please call 0845 519 8531 . We also attend a number of fairs and events across the country where we hope to see you soon and will also be available in a select number of retailers.  

What do I do if I have difficulty ordering on the website?

If you have had any difficulty in the ordering process please call us on 0845 519 8531 or email us at info@toomerbros.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible. 

What do I do if I have forgotten my password to login?

By entering the orginal email you used to create an account into the login section there is an option to have your password sent to you.  If you have any difficulty with this please email us at info@toomerbros.com and we will do our best to help

I live overseas - can I purchase products?

We currently dispatch to certain selected countries. Please email us at info@toomerbros.com and we will be able to advise. 

Our prices include UK VAT so this will be charged at the point of order and then credited back to you. 

How much is postage?

What do if I have not received my goods within the time set out in the delivery options form?

If you are experiencing unnecessary delay please inform us and we will investigate for you. You will be entitled to a full refund if we have not delivered the items within 30 days beginning on the day after you place your order, other than in the case of pre-orders, for which the dispatch date will be on or around the date set out on our website for that product.

What do I do if I’m not completely happy with the product?

We hope you are delighted with your new Toomer Bros product. However if you are not completely happy with our product, even if it is not defective, you have the right to return it and to receive a full refund at any time within 30 days from day you receive the product, provided it is in ‘as new’ condition complete with original packaging and labels. Please follow the returns process below

What do I do if the products are faulty?

If the goods are faulty we will refund the purchase price, delivery charge and any reasonable direct costs you incur in returning it to us. [Alternatively, if you would prefer, we will replace the faulty item as soon as reasonably possible]. Please follow the returns process below

What do I do if I want to exchange the product?

If you are not happy with the size or colour of the product we will be happy to exchange it for a different product of your choosing, provided that the item you are exchanging is in ‘as new’ condition complete with original packaging and labels. Please follow the returns process below

The returns process?

If you would like to return a product please email us as soon as possible at returns@toomerbros.com quoting your order number and your reason for the return.

Please complete the returns slip found with your original purchase. Alternatively, if you cannot find the returns slip, please email us at returns@toomerbros.com and we will send a new one to you.

Once you have completed the returns slip, post the item back to:

Unit 5B, Second Avenue, Milway Rise, Axminster, Devon EX13 5HH

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the product to us (unless it is faulty, incorrect or misdescribed, in which case we will refund the purchase price, delivery charge and any reasonable direct costs you incur in returning it to us. You must return the product in suitable packaging to ensure it reaches us in good condition. We recommend that for peace of mind you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending.

We will confirm receipt of the product as soon as it reaches us, and will refund the purchase price and original delivery charge of any goods returned no later than 30 days from the day when you give us notice of cancellation.
