Delivery & Returns
The following is a summary of our full terms and conditions available on this website. You should still read the full terms and conditions before placing an order or returning a product to us.
We are currently able to offer standard 3-5 working day delivery on all our products.
We will endeavour to dispatch the product(s) to you as soon as possible after you place your order (normally within 14 days if the product(s) is/are in stock) and in any event within 30 days beginning on the day after you place your order, other than in the case of pre-orders, for which the dispatch date will be on or around the date set out on our website for that product.
If we are unable to dispatch the product(s) within that time we will contact you to let you know, and will give you the right to cancel the order and to receive a full refund.

What do I do if I’m not completely happy with the product?
We hope you are delighted with your new Toomer Bros product. However if you are not completely happy with our product, even if it is not defective, you have the right to return it and to receive a full refund at any time within 30 days from day you receive the product, provided it is in ‘as new’ condition complete with original packaging and labels. Please follow the returns process below
What do I do if the products are faulty?
If the goods are faulty we will refund the purchase price, delivery charge and any reasonable direct costs you incur in returning it to us. [Alternatively, if you would prefer, we will replace the faulty item as soon as reasonably possible]. Please follow the returns process below
What do I do if I want to exchange the product?
If you are not happy with the size or colour of the product we will be happy to exchange it for a different product of your choosing, provided that the item you are exchanging is in ‘as new’ condition complete with original packaging and labels. Please follow the returns process below
If you would like to return a product please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com quoting your order number and your reason for the return.
Please complete the returns slip found with your original purchase and attach this label to the return. Alternatively, if you cannot find the returns slip, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send a new one to you.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the product to us (unless it is faulty, incorrect or misdescribed, in which case we will refund the purchase price, delivery charge and any reasonable direct costs you incur in returning it to us.) You must return the product in suitable packaging to ensure it reaches us in good condition. We recommend that for peace of mind you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending.
We will confirm receipt of the product as soon as it reaches us, and will refund the purchase price and original delivery charge of any goods returned no later than 30 days from the day when you give us notice of cancellation.
